IBR University includes two campuses located in the Tidewater area of Virginia:

  • Norfolk
  • Newport News

IBRU utilizes a dedicated staff of training specialists and master trainers to deliver concentrated and thorough training to both management and staff trainees. Trainees benefit from both classroom and hands-on learning.

 

Management Trainee training consists of:
  • Leadership Orientation
  • Area Training (Donor Processing, Phlebotomy, Plasma Processing)
  • Management Training
  • Operating Center Internship
Staff Trainee training consists of:
  • Primary Area Training
  • Cross-Training in one additional area
