IBR University includes two campuses located in the Tidewater area of Virginia:

IBRU utilizes a dedicated staff of training specialists and master trainers to deliver concentrated and thorough training to both management and staff trainees. Trainees benefit from both classroom and hands-on learning.

Management Trainee training consists of:

Leadership Orientation
Area Training (Donor Processing, Phlebotomy, Plasma Processing)
Management Training
Operating Center Internship

Staff Trainee training consists of:

Primary Area Training
Cross-Training in one additional area
